In some areas, council approval may be required before a tree can be pruned or removed.

Approval requirements vary by location. Where required, Tree Health and Safety Pty Ltd can prepare arborist reports to support permit applications, as works are assessed and reported by a Certificate V (AQF5) qualified arborist.

Yes. We hold current public liability insurance and workers compensation (WorkCover) coverage. Documentation is available on request.

Yes, unless otherwise stated in your quote, all green waste is removed as part of the service.

If you would like mulch or timber left on site, this must be arranged prior to the day of works.

Trees are removed as close to ground level as reasonably possible, unless otherwise specified in your quote.

Stump grinding is a separate service and is not included unless stated.

In many cases, stump grinding can be completed on the same day as tree removal.
However, depending on scheduling, site access, or equipment availability, a second visit may sometimes be required.

Tree works involve heavy equipment and access requirements. While all reasonable care is taken, some impact to lawns, gardens, or surfaces may be unavoidable due to the nature of the work.

We always aim to minimise disturbance and leave the site tidy.

Timeframes vary depending on the size, location, access, and complexity of the tree.

We provide an estimated timeframe at quoting stage, however unforeseen conditions may affect job duration.

In some cases, safe completion of works may require access through neighbouring properties.

Where this is required, it is the client’s responsibility to arrange permission prior to the scheduled work date.

 Before works commence, please ensure:

  • The work area is clear of obstacles
  • Any known hazards (including underground services) are disclosed
  • Pets are securely contained for safety
  • Any required council approvals or permits are in place, unless otherwise agreed

No arborist can guarantee that a tree will remain safe under all circumstances.

Trees are living organisms — they can be managed but not controlled. Our advice and work are based on professional assessment at the time of service.
